Bartlett Castellà, Professor since 2004 at ESADE Business & Law School (Universitat Ramon Llull), specialized in public law, where I lead the Antonio Marzal Seminar on Human Rights and I am teaching in the undergraduate program in law (Law Degree, Double Degree Law & Managament, Double Degree Law & Global Governance) and in the Master in lawyering. Dean of the Law School (2009-2013).
Also served as Deputy to the Síndic de Greuges (Ombudsman) of Catalonia (1993-2004) and previously as General Secretary (1991-2003) and Adviser (1986-1991) at that institution. Since 1980, civil servant as local government secretary-controller. From 1980 to 1986, I practiced in the Town Hall of Monistrol de Montserrat (Barcelona).
I hold a degree and a PhD in law from the University of Barcelona.
Currently, my study focuses on the regulation of the economy and the last works have been devoted to the electricity sector as well as lobbies. I have published book chapters, posts and newspapers articles on Energy Poverty.
